§1 Applicability to Entrepreneurs and Definitions

(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in their version valid at the time of the order. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity (§ 13 BGB).

§2 Conclusion of Contract, Storage of Contract Text

(1) The following regulations regarding the conclusion of the contract apply to orders through our online shop http://www.hage-gmbh.de.

(3) The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding contract offer on our part, but is only an invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer makes a binding offer for the conclusion of a purchase contract.
(4) Upon receipt of an order in our online shop, the following regulations apply: The consumer makes a binding contract offer by successfully completing the order procedure provided in our online shop.

The order is made in the following steps:

1) Selection of the desired goods
2) Confirmation by clicking the "Order" button
3) Checking the information in the shopping cart
4) Clicking the "Checkout" button
5) Log in to the online shop after registration and entering login details (email address and password).
6) Review or correction of the respective entered data.
7) Binding submission of the order by clicking the "order with costs" or "buy" button

Before the binding submission of the order, the consumer can return to the page on which the customer's data is recorded by using the "Back" button contained in their internet browser after checking their data, where input errors can be corrected or the order process can be canceled by closing the internet browser. We confirm the receipt of the order immediately by an automatically generated email ("order confirmation"). With this, we accept your offer.

(5) Storage of the contract text for orders through our online shop: We will send you the order data and our terms and conditions by email. You can also view the terms and conditions at https://www.hage-gmbh.com/agb/ at any time. For security reasons, your order data is no longer accessible via the internet.

§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Maturity

(1) The prices stated include statutory value-added tax and other price components. Any shipping costs are added.

(2) The consumer has the option of paying in advance.

(3) If the consumer has chosen payment in advance, they undertake to pay the purchase price immediately after the conclusion of the contract.

§4 Delivery

(1) Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for shipment immediately. The delivery takes place within 3 working days at the latest. The delivery period begins, in the case of payment in advance, on the day after the payment order is issued to the bank entrusted with the transfer and, for all other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded. If the end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday at the place of delivery, the period ends on the next working day.

(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item also passes to the buyer in the case of a mail-order purchase when the item is handed over.

§5 Retention of Title

We reserve ownership of the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the attached sample revocation form, but this is not required. 

Consequences of Revocation 

If you revoke this contract, we shall repay you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and, in any case, at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. 

We will pick up the goods at our expense.
