Hage Fittings offers a wide range of fittings, including special custom-made solutions. We supply four types of weld nipples, featuring a threaded connection on one side and a pipe end for welding on the other.

Standard Weld Nipple (ISO 7-1 / DIN EN 10226-1 R)
With tapered pipe thread according to ISO 7-1 / DIN EN 10226-1 R
Sizes from 1/8" x 30 mm up to 6" x 100 mm
Material: Stainless steel 1.4404 / 316L (V4A) -
Weld Nipple ISO 228 (G-thread)
With cylindrical pipe thread (G-thread) according to ISO 228
With sealing face at the thread, suitable e.g. for a flat gasket
Sizes from 1/4" up to 2" available directly from stock
Larger sizes available as custom production upon request -
Weld Nipple in Special Material 1.4571 / 316Ti
Made of stainless steel 1.4571 (316Ti), a material often used for special applications and media
Available in sizes from 1/4" up to 3" -
Weld Nipple NPT
With American NPT thread, which differs from the European standard thread ISO 7-1
A 3.1 material certificate according to EN 10204 is available on request for all weld nipples.
